Consulting and IT leadership
Senior IT decisions, taken by people who have taken them before.
What we cover
- Fractional CTO or IT Director, a few days each month
- IT audit: infrastructure, security, licences, technical debt, risk
- Organisational audit: decision-making, bottlenecks, missing roles
- Roadmap written for non-technical management
- Vendor selection and tender review
- IT governance, policies and reporting for donors or head office
Two kinds of audit
A technical audit describes your systems. An organisational audit explains how they reached that state: which decisions had no owner, which approvals take too long, which role was never filled.
The two give different answers. Both matter.
Why organisations choose this
A full-time IT director is a large commitment for many organisations in the region. Without one, technical decisions are left to whoever is available. Systems then end up undocumented and unprotected. A few days of senior attention each month is usually enough.
What you receive
A written audit report. A roadmap with clear priorities. Monthly reporting your head office can read. And one named contact who answers for the decisions.
